Pinscher is named after the Pinscher dog. Just like these dogs, we are fierce, fast and your buddy for life!

Please refer to the dealer where you purchased your Pinscher for any queries regarding returns.

That's certainly possible. You can use this page to find a dealer where you can view and purchase the bicycle. After taking the test ride you can decide whether you want to buy the bike.

The W1 is a fat bike with the classic “motorcycle” appearance. The W1 has a duo seat so you can carry a friend on the back. Unlike the W1, the W3 is foldable, so you can easily take it with you on public transport or in the car. The W3 also has a luggage carrier, the W1 does not. The W3 is better suited for tall people (> 18.5m) or people with back problems, because the handlebars and saddle are adjustable and the W3 rides more smoothly over bumps due to the special suspension.

Yes, that's possible! You can take a test ride at a verified Pinscher dealer.

Warranty & Returns

Please refer to the dealer where you purchased your Pinscher for any queries regarding returns.

Yes! We offer a 2-year warranty on the frame. The battery also has a 2-year or 10,000 km (whichever comes first) warranty. Technology & Maintenance

Tires and brake pads are easy to replace yourself.

Lubricate your chain regularly, and check every now and then whether all screws are properly tightened. Also regularly check your tire pressure - a tire that is too soft leads to more tire wear and affects top speed and usage. Your tire pressure should be around 3 bar/43 PSI.

You must inflate the tires of a fat bike to 3 bar or 43 PSI.

You can visit an official Pinscher service point for this. View this map to find a dealer near you.
